As part of the day's agenda, Dennis Winters and David Ward will present the NorthStar Economic Opportunity Study for this region, which reveals the state of business and economic development in Northeast Wisconsin and recommends methods spurring continued growth. Participants will have an opportunity to respond to the study during audience participation.
