Bob DeKoch will be will be handling some of the introductions. Bob is the President and Chief Operating Officer of The Boldt Company, a national consulting, technical and construction services firm headquartered in Appleton. He did his undergraduate work at Lawrence University in Appleton, and received his MBA from the University of Wisconsin.

 

Prior to his current role at Boldt, Bob spent 25 years in the manufacturing sector where he served in various management and executive leadership roles in the chemical industry, the brewing industry and the pulp and paper industry.

 

Mr. DeKoch is a student and mentor in areas of management and leadership. He has published numerous articles on these subjects.  Most recently Bob co-authored a new book in this field called: "Embracing Uncertainty – The Essence of Leadership."
