Dale Feinaur has been the Professor of Management and Human Resources at The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh since 1983. He has received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Economics and both Masters and Ph.D. degrees in Labor and Human Resources all from The Ohio State University. Senior Professional in Human Resource Management (SPHR) certification from The Society for Human Resource Management.

 

Feinaur has engaged in consulting for over one hundred and fifty organizations in the areas of employee empowerment, team building, reengineering, compensation, training, planning, organizational culture, managing organizational change and several other areas. He has conducted over three hundred and fifty training seminars, for local, national and international audiences.

 

Dale is active in volunteering at over one hundred organizations including the Board of Directors of Evergreen Manor Retirement Community. He has also been President of the Omro Schools Board of Education, The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Faculty Senate and The Winnebago County Association for Retarded Citizens.
