Rebecca Ryan, President of Next Generation Consulting, Inc., will be speaking about the importance and necessity of taking the regional approach. She received two bachelor degrees – Economics and International Affairs - with honors from Drake University in De Moines Iowa.

 

Ryan has been at Next Generation since April of 1998, working with organizations including CBS, Naturalizer, Nashville and other leading companies and cities to attract and retain talent. She is co-author of "The Productivity Path," and author of over 200 articles.  Rebecca has been quoted in publications such as the "Wall Street Journal" and "New York Times," as well as on Fox and NBC.

 

She has volunteered in several organizations such as being a Junior Achievement classroom instructor, debate coach and a board member for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Ryan has been named a 2003 Woman of Influence by the "Milwaukee Business Journal" and "USASBE's" 2004 Entrepreneur of the Year.
